PDRN Therapy: Microneedling with Salmon DNA
PDRN Therapy, also referred to as Salmon DNA, is the new celebrity-approved treatment that gives extra hydration to the skin, boosts collagen, and gives your skin a healthy glow.
What Is Salmon DNA or PDRN?
The use of PDRN Therapy, or polydeoxyribonucleotide, originated in Korea. Known as the beauty capital of the world, Korea has innovated skin and beauty treatments in a way that has shown unparalleled results. Now everyone wants the famous “glass skin” that Koreans are known for.
PDRN, which is extracted from Salmon sperm, has been shown in preclinical and clinical studies to be anti-inflammatory, regenerative, and wound healing. PDRN also promotes collagen synthesis, and has been shown to help with hyperpigmentation.
What to Expect During PDRN Therapy or Treatment
Similar to our Exosome Therapy, we use Salmon DNA as an add-on to microneedling treatment. We apply Salmon DNA topically, allowing the micro-channels created by microneedling to serve as a way for the PDNA to go deeper into the skin. This way, absorption of the serum is maximized.
